What You'Ll Do
- Support the Middle East channel sales team with day-to-day program coordination
- Assist partners with onboarding, quoting, and deal registration processes
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and partner portals (e.g., Salesforce, PRM systems)
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure timely responses and program compliance
- Prepare reports and track program performance metrics
- Provide exceptional service to partners to enhance engagement and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1 2 years of experience in channel sales or channel program coordination within cybersecurity or technology
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools like Salesforce preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
