We're hiring a Channel & Partner Sales Officer to build and activate our partner network across Saudi Arabia, accounting firms, business consultants, and technology resellers who serve the SME and mid-market segments.

You won't just manage partners.

You'll recruit them, enable them, and turn them into a revenue engine for Dafater's core solutions.

What you'll do

â–¸ Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified partners across KSA: accounting firms, business consultants, and technology resellers

â–¸ Enable partners to position Dafater's solutions confidently through product knowledge, sales messaging, and lead generation

â–¸ Build long-term partner relationships that generate consistent, qualified pipeline, not one-off referrals

â–¸ Manage partner-generated opportunities end-to-end in collaboration with the direct sales team

â–¸ Track partner performance against clear KPIs and intervene early when productivity drops

â–¸ Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to keep partners aligned and effective

What we're looking for

â–¸ You've built relationships in Saudi Arabia with accounting firms, business consultants, or technology resellers who serve SME and mid-market clients

▸ 2–4 years in B2B Sales, Channel Sales, or Partnerships in SaaS, ERP, or software solutions

â–¸ You understand what motivates a partner to refer and how to make Dafater their first call

â–¸ Experience working with the Saudi market.

You know the buying culture and how trust is built locally

â–¸ Strong communicator who can train, present, and influence without direct authority

▸ Fluent Arabic · Professional English

Strong advantage:

Existing network with KSA accounting firms or consultancies "ZATCA compliance exposure"

Background in Accounting, MIS, or Business Administration
