Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Accountant (CPA/CA) to work on a contract basis.

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems in the finance industry.

Your work will shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your domain knowledge and experience to inform AI decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret original US tax laws, statutes, and IRS regulations to provide accurate and comprehensive analysis.
  • Review AI-produced plain-English translations to ensure alignment with the source legal logic and terminology, and provide directive feedback to address inaccuracies and ambiguities.
  • Develop and review comprehensive test scenarios, including edge cases, to verify translation accuracy and ensure AI models perform as expected.
  • Collaborate with the AI development team to integrate expert feedback and improve AI system performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work, including analysis, feedback, and test results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in US tax law interpretation, including IRS regulations and statutes, with a focus on analytical reasoning and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience working with AI-powered systems, including digital review platforms, feedback delivery, and content validation.
  • Familiarity with technology-driven content validation and AI-powered tax solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address inaccuracies and ambiguities in AI-produced translations.
