Qualifications
- Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma preferred. Minimum Experience/Skills:
- Minimum one year of experience in similar department preferred, knowledge of medical terminology, basic computer knowledge. Previous patient care experience preferred. Must pass DMC Cardiac Dysrhythmia Exam with minimum score of 85%, and pass annual ECG competency. License/Certificates/Credentials:
- Current BLS certification, basic dysrhythmia course and certificate of passing required,12 lead EKG interpretation course and certificate of passing required, must pass the DMC Cardiac Dysrhythmia Exam with minimum score of 85%, and pass annual DMC ECG competency. Paramedic, EMT, Military Corpsman, non-USA physician or nurse not credentialed in USA, Certified Nurses Aide, or Student Nurse who has successfully completed the second semester in an accredited school of nursing preferred.
