Key responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led Databricks training programs, workshops, and technical enablement sessions.
- Facilitate theoretical and hands-on learning; guide participants through labs, exercises, demonstrations, and real-world use cases.
- Explain data engineering, analytics, AI, and lakehouse concepts clearly.
- Prepare and maintain training environments, materials, exercises, and supporting documentation.
- Adapt delivery to participants' backgrounds; evaluate progress and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Stay current with Databricks developments, certifications, and practices; support internal and client enablement.
- Maintain high standards of training delivery and learner experience.
Required qualifications
- Active relevant Databricks certification(s) and strong hands-on Databricks platform experience.
- Experience delivering technical training, workshops, or enablement sessions.
- Strong understanding of data engineering, analytics, lakehouse, or related data concepts.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills; able to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred qualifications
- Databricks instructor accreditation or prior delivery of official Databricks training; multiple Databricks certifications.
- Experience with Apache Spark, PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP; experience training enterprise clients.
- English proficiency and Arabic are listed as a plus; experience in consulting, professional services, or technology training environments is preferred.
