Overview
Asas Althabat, part of Alomar Holding Company, is a Saudi-based real estate brokerage company specializing in residential property and apartment sales in Riyadh.

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the growth and operational excellence of our brokerage business.
This role will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence, improving sales performance, strengthening strategic relationships, and enhancing the company’s reputation in Riyadh’s residential real estate market.
Key responsibilities
- include:
- Lead the overall management and expansion of the real estate brokerage business, ensuring achievement of revenue targets and market share growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, set KPIs, and manage sales team performance through training, mentorship, and progress tracking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, investors, and key clients to create new business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new brokerage opportunities and strategic partnerships to enhance business growth.
- Oversee deal negotiation and closing processes, ensuring proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to support informed business decisions and maintain competitive advantage.
- Ensure effective utilization of CRM systems, sales reporting, pipeline management, and performance tracking tools.
- Drive improvements in internal processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Represent the company with clients, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen brand reputation and industry relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing real estate sales teams within a brokerage company
- Experience leading teams of 15 or more real estate agents or staff
- Proven track record in residential apartment sales in Riyadh, including improving sales conversion rates
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems for pipeline management and sales reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of the Riyadh residential real estate market, especially apartments
- Experience negotiating brokerage agreements, unit allocations, sales terms, and commission structures
- Experience setting and managing sales KPIs and targets, including lead conversion and performance tracking
- Strong relationships with real estate developers, investors, landlords, and/or bulk buyers in Riyadh
- Valid driving license
- Real estate brokerage certification/license
- Arabic language proficiency
- Ability to travel across Riyadh for meetings and site visits
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships with investors and bulk buyers in residential real estate
- Saudi nationality
- Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
