Overview
The CEO Office Manager will oversee and coordinate all activities of the CEO s office, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and timely execution of priorities.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while acting as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
1. Executive Support
- Manage the CEO s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Screen and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and correspondence for the CEO s attention.
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
- Track follow-up actions from meetings and ensure timely completion.
• 2. Office Operations
- Oversee daily operations of the CEO s office to ensure efficiency and organization.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive information.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics for the CEO.
• 3. Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and senior management, employees, clients, and partners.
- Draft and review correspondence, reports, and official documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Facilitate effective information flow between the CEO s office and other departments.
• 4. Strategic & Administrative Support
- Assist in monitoring strategic initiatives and projects led by the CEO.
- Conduct research, collect data, and provide analytical support for decision-making.
- Coordinate special projects and high-level meetings, including Board meetings
- 5. Personal and Professional Work Management
- Manage the CEO s personal and professional tasks, ensuring seamless integration of work and personal life.
- Handle personal appointments, errands, and other personal matters as required.
- Ensure the CEO s personal and professional commitments are balanced and aligned with their priorities.
- Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive personal matters.
• 6. Additional Responsibilities
- Oversee personal correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Arrange personal events, such as family gatherings or social engagements, as needed.
- Manage personal expenses, invoices, and financial records with accuracy and confidentiality.

- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Management, or related field (master s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 10 years experience in executive support or office management, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity tools.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
