CEO Executive Assistant
About This Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience working with SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Utilize SAP system for data entry, reporting, and operational support
- Support day-to-day office operations as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management
- Hands-on experience with SAP system
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English language
