CE - Sales Account Manager - Emiratisation (UAEN Talent Pool) - Dubai & Abu Dhabi

Job Description We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager to grow Canon’s core product sales and expand opportunities in Office Imaging and Solutions. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account plans for existing and new business customers, with a focus on strategic growth and long-term partnerships.
• Drive profitability and service excellence through hardware and solutions sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful business development and customer satisfaction.
• Build deep product knowledge to effectively communicate value to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer buying processes, policies, and cycles.
• Manage and optimize existing contracts to ensure maximum value.
• Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline updates using Salesforce.com (SFDC).
• Participate in regular progress reviews with the Sales Manager and Head of Sales.

KEY ACTIVITIES

• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with new/existing customers, aligned with performance KPIs.
• Identify and engage new business customers through multi-channel outreach.
• Ensure achievement of core KPIs (Revenue, Solutions, Gross Margin).
• Maintain up-to-date records in SFDC to track account progress.
• Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts.
