Role overview

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and identify root causes for standalone and connected products.
• Improve first-time fix rates and minimize recalls while using labor and parts cost-effectively.
• Report labor, parts investment, and counter readings using the CAESAR coding structure.
• Optimize stock inventory and rotation against return-to-fit visits.
• Signal commercial opportunities to Sales and Marketing through OnSite-InSight.
• Contribute to team development and service performance; understand customer requirements and support the Solution Business Strategy.
• Coordinate customer issues and business-development opportunities with account managers.
• Identify super-users and train them on Canon products and software, including printer drivers and features.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma in electronics, mechanics, or software.
• Relevant service-industry experience and experience following health and safety guidelines.
• High technical aptitude and excellent fault-finding skills.
• Good customer-handling and communication skills, including ability to instruct customers.
• Teamwork, commercial insight, business acumen, accuracy, initiative, innovative problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure.
• Current GCC driving license.
