Regional route stability and consistent freight flow give experienced CDL-A drivers a practical setup centered around productive mileage, no-touch freight, and scheduled time at home between regional runs.

• Drivers earn $1,450 to $1,600 per week while running approximately 2,500-2,600 miles weekly.
• The schedule typically keeps drivers out 7-9 days with 1 full day off earned for every 7 days out, plus a rolling weekly reset.
• Freight is primarily no-touch, with 85-90% drop and hook loads helping drivers spend less time handling freight.

Your home time begins the day after you arrive home so the arrival day does not count against your earned time off.

Routes do not run into NYC.

Kenworth T680 automatic trucks provide the equipment and comfort features needed for multi-day regional runs.

• Smart Idle and bunk heaters
• 1500-watt inverters
• Double bunks and brand-new mattresses

Trucks are serviced every six months to help maintain equipment reliability and reduce unnecessary downtime.

Drivers have access to several additional earning opportunities and programs beyond mileage pay:

• Detention pay: $16/hour after 2 hours
• Layover pay: $125 per day after 48 hours
• Holiday pay: $60 per day
• Optional Hazmat opportunities
• Per diem available

• 401(k) with company match through Fidelity begins after 90 days
• United Healthcare starts after 60 days
• Paid orientation is included

The 3-day orientation is held in Joplin, Dallas, or Atlanta.

Travel is covered with a rental car or bus ticket.
