What You'll Do

  • Lead all distribution center operations through a team of managers and operational leaders. Drive performance across safety, service, quality, productivity, and inventory accuracy. Develop leaders through coaching, workforce planning, and succession planning. Optimize labor, inventory, and capacity to support business objectives and customer expectations. Champion continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives. Manage operating expenses, assets, and performance metrics to deliver efficient and profitable operations. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, collaboration, and results.

What You'll Bring

  • Required Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, supply chain, transportation, fulfillment, or related operational environments. 3+ years of people leadership experience. Experience leading managers, supervisors, or multi-functional operational teams. Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, transportation, and distribution operations. Demonstrated success developing talent, leading change, and driving operational results. High School Diploma or GED.
