Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in outbound customer care or telemarketing.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) concepts preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent problem‐solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote work.
  • Flexibility to work in shift patterns, including evenings.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify client needs and propose appropriate CLM solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to improve service offerings.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client sentiment.
  • Conduct follow‐up communications and schedule demos.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for management.

Preferred Qualifications
