Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior operational or executive role.
  • Proven track record in managing inbound service operations.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
  • Experience with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) platforms is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with a results‐oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in data‐driven decision making and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the CLM Domestic Diversified Inbound segment.
  • Manage day‐to‐day operations, ensuring service quality and efficiency.
  • Lead a cross‐functional team, providing coaching, performance reviews, and career development.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for the department.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
  • Drive revenue growth through new business opportunities and upselling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) platforms is a plus.
