About This Role

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Catering Sales Specialist based in Riyadh.

The Catering Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing catering sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and providing tailored catering solutions.

Daily tasks will include meeting with potential clients, creating proposals, coordinating with the food and beverage team, and ensuring a seamless delivery of services to exceed client expectations.

The role requires a commitment to achieving sales goals and upholding high standards of service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Catering Sales and general Sales, with a focus on driving business growth and achieving targets.
  • Strong background in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Food & Beverage industry, including an understanding of catering processes and food planning logistics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and events simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and foster client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
