Grow the restaurant's catering business by generating opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets while providing customer service.
Responsibilities
- Identify catering opportunities among corporate, event, and private clients.
- Build relationships with existing and potential clients; handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up to close sales.
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to execute events smoothly.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets; research market trends and competitor activity.
- Promote catering through calls, meetings, and networking; maintain the client database and sales reports.
- Support customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
- Proven experience in catering sales, hospitality, or F&B business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good knowledge of the local UAE market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in restaurants, bakeries, or catering companies is preferred.
- An existing client network in corporate or event sectors is preferred.
Pay
- AED 2,000 to AED 9,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
