Yamanote Atelier seeks a proactive, results-oriented Catering & B2B Sales Manager to support growth of its catering and B2B business.
Responsibilities
- Develop B2B and catering sales; generate new opportunities through active selling and client networking.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, offices, hotels, restaurants, cafés, event companies, and other businesses.
- Handle catering enquiries, prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up to convert enquiries into confirmed business.
- Manage existing B2B accounts and identify sales growth opportunities.
- Coordinate orders with Production, Operations, Delivery, and Finance teams.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, tastings, and business meetings when required.
- Monitor sales pipelines, customer feedback, orders, and payments; support monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share market and customer insights with management.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Catering Sales, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or F&B Sales.
- UAE market experience is preferred.
- Strong client relationship, communication, negotiation, and business development skills; proven ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills; target-driven, proactive, and commercially minded.
- UAE driving licence is a prerequisite.
