Responsibilities
- Manage and execute high-volume RFQs (1,000–9,000 SKUs) within tight deadlines
- Structure, clean, and standardize product data into usable datasets
- Coordinate with international suppliers to obtain pricing and technical data
- Build and apply competitive pricing logic aligned with market dynamics
- Deliver ready-to-quote datasets to support Sales teams
- Ensure continuous follow-up with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate daily with Sales, Procurement, Master Data, and Logistics teams
- Identify data gaps and resolve issues proactively to maintain execution flow
- Support the conversion of RFQs into commercial opportunities
Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in automotive aftermarket (product, procurement, or category roles)
- Strong understanding of part numbers, cross-referencing, and vehicle applications
- Proven experience handling large RFQs (1,000+ SKUs)
- Experience coordinating with international suppliers across multiple regions
- Strong pricing awareness with a focus on competitiveness
- Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
- ERP experience (Odoo preferred)
- Ability to structure and organize unclean or incomplete data
- High capacity to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive follow-up approach
