The Role
You will be responsible for the strategic and commercial success of the brand online.
This isn't just about managing products; its about driving a culture of high performance and customer-centricity.
Strategic Leadership
: Deliver the commercial roadmap for the brand, aligning with wider business goals and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Performance Driving
: Be accountable for sales targets, NPS scores, and contribution margins.
You ll set budgets and influence phasing to ensure we win.
Customer Insight
: Deep-dive into customer behavior to improve conversion rates and refine the online customer journey.
Inventory & Planning
: Collaborate with Category Managers to ensure stock allocation (mix and depth) perfectly aligns with sales growth targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build seamless relationships across Stores, Buying, Merchandising, SCM, and Finance.
Marketplace Growth
: Drive revenue through Closed Marketplace partnerships to increase customer basket size.
