Primary Duties

• Translate category strategy into buying and assortment plans.
• Manage supplier relationships and commercial agreements.
• Own demand forecasting and replenishment for all channels, including wholesale/B2B.
• Plan and execute buys to achieve sales and margin targets.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and manage SKU lifecycle (listing, delisting, rationalisation).
• Monitor sales, margin and inventory KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate launch, promotion and seasonal stock requirements with cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with supply chain to improve delivery and availability.
• Manage promotional plan execution and report outcomes.
• Ensure product documentation/compliance for market requirements.
• Provide regular performance reporting to stakeholders.

Qualification

• :
• **Education**
• : Degree or equivalent in business, marketing, supply chain, or a related field.
• **Experience**
• : 3–5 years in buying, assortment planning, inventory management or category management.
• **Technical skills**
• : Advanced Excel; confident with Word, PowerPoint and email tools.
• **Commercial skills:**
• Proven ability to meet sales and margin targets and to manage supplier relationships.
• **Analytical skills**
• : Strong numerical and forecasting skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
• **Communication**
• : Clear verbal and written communicator; able to present insights to stakeholders.
• **Others**
• : Detail-oriented, organised, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
