Role overview

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly sales summaries using syndicated data, Nielsen, and Circana; analyze results and recommend actionable sales insights.
• Run ad hoc reports, prepare buyer-meeting and line-review presentations, and guide new vendors through retailer-of-record onboarding.
• Build reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics; research, analyze, and present data to management.
• Troubleshoot reporting, assist with rollouts, and partner on reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions.
• Support continuous improvement and process automation while following data privacy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or replenishment analytics experience or equivalent; 4–6 years of related systems analytics or reporting experience.
• Experience with syndicated data, Nielsen, and Circana; prior club or large-retailer analytics experience is preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office and web-browser skills; able to prioritize, work independently, communicate effectively, and manage multiple duties.
