Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused **Cashier / Waitress** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, accurately handle transactions, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate the POS system and process cash, card, and online payments.
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and properly set up.
- Assist customers with menu recommendations and answer inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier and service areas.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and food safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cashier, waitress, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
- English communication skills required; additional languages are an advantage.
