We are seeking an experienced **Cashier Supervisor** to oversee front-end operations, supervise cashier staff, ensure accurate cash handling, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cashier and checkout operations
- Ensure accurate POS transactions and cash reconciliation
- Handle customer concerns and escalations
- Train and support cashier team members
- Prepare daily sales and cash reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years retail cashier experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong POS and cash handling knowledge
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
