Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new offerings.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Keep the sales area clean and organized.
- Prepare sales reports as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but *Freshers are welcome to apply*.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
