About This Role

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Cashier & Order Coordinator to join our team at a flower shop in Al Ain.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, has strong sales skills, and can manage orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and assist them in choosing suitable flower arrangements
  • Actively suggest products and upsell add-ons (chocolates, balloons, cards, etc.)
  • Accurately enter and manage orders in the system (POS / iPad)
  • Handle payments (cash, card, Apple Pay) and issue receipts
  • Coordinate orders with the florists and ensure all details are clear
  • Follow up on order preparation and delivery schedules
  • Provide excellent customer service (in-store & WhatsApp)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus
  • Good communication skills (English)
  • Basic computer/iPad skills
  • Sales-driven mindset and ability to upsell
  • Organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure
