Job Summary
A leading company in the real estate development sector is seeking to hire a Cashier (Treasury Clerk) to join its Accounting Department.
The role is responsible for managing daily cash transactions, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the company’s financial operations in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily cash transactions including receipts, payments, checks, and refunds.
- Collect cash payments and ensure timely deposits into company bank accounts.
- Record purchases and returns accurately in the accounting system.
- Maintain and reconcile the company’s cash ledger on a daily basis.
- Prepare daily cash reports including revenues, expenses, and supporting documentation.
- Organize and maintain proper filing of all financial documents related to collections and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Issue invoices and official receipts for all collected payments.
- Manage bank accounts and maintain related records and documentation.
- Support budgeting activities and provide basic financial reports when required.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to payments, refunds, or transactions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business operations.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager within the scope of work.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in cash handling or accounting roles.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Salary Range
SAR 5,500 – 6,000 (based on experience)
