Job Vacancy: Restaurant Cashier
We are seeking energetic, customer-oriented, and reliable individuals to join our team as **Restaurant Cashiers**.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and take orders in a friendly, professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide menu recommendations while promoting additional items when appropriate.
- Accurately enter customer orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Process cash, card, and other payment transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards at the cashier station.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the company's dress code and grooming standards.
- Handle cash responsibly and assist with daily sales reconciliation and reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems; experience with **Omega POS** is preferred.
- Good numerical and cash-handling abilities.
- Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Experience using **Omega POS Software** is an advantage.
Important Requirement
Applicants **must have prior experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in restaurants**.
Candidates without relevant restaurant experience will not be considered.
