Position: Barista
As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences through quality beverages and warm hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional Food & Beverage service according to hotel/restaurant standards
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain strong knowledge of the menu to assist guests
- Ensure consistent quality of all food and beverages served
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times
- Take care of service equipment and workplace setup
- Work closely with team members for smooth daily operations

- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to adapt and take responsibility
Requirements
- Previous F&B or barista experience preferred
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
