Overview
Noorka Logistics is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our finance and operations team in **Dubai**.
This role is ideal for a responsible individual who can handle daily financial transactions accurately while supporting smooth business operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations to clients.
- Maintain and balance the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift.
- Record financial transactions in the system with proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for daily cash reconciliation.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment-related concerns.
- Ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information.
- Report any discrepancies or irregularities to management promptly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or finance is an advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Cashier or in a similar financial role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and cash handling procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and billing software.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle transactions efficiently.
