Position Overview
As a Cashier at Como Lounge Cafe, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience from the moment they walk in until they leave.
Your role
is crucial in maintaining our reputation as one of the best café in Al Ain City.
Key Responsibilities
**Customer Service Excellence:** Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude, making them feel welcome and appreciated.
**Efficient Transactions:** Accurately process all customer transactions, including cash, credit card, and digital payments, with speed and precision.
**Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about our menu items, daily specials, and promotions to answer any customer queries and upsell where appropriate.
**Cleanliness and Organization:** Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
**Problem-Solving:** Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and patience, escalating issues to the manager when necessary.
**Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other staff members to ensure a seamless and efficient operation, contributing to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
