Waitress/Cashier

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly to customers.
• Monitor customer needs and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
• Assist with billiards table bookings and customer inquiries when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining, lounge, and gaming areas.
• Set up and clear tables before and after customer use.
• Process customer payments and operate the POS system.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Replenish supplies and assist with inventory checks when needed.
• Support the team during busy periods and special events.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waitress, server, or customer service representative is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cafés, restaurants, lounges, or entertainment venues.
• Experience handling food and beverage service.
• Familiarity with billiards, gaming lounges, or recreational facilities.

• Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
