- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about attractions, pricing, and promotions.
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Open and close the cash register following company procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cashier in a Family Entertainment Center, amusement park, retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed, professional, and presentable appearance.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Can start ASAP with a valid QID and can process a work permit.
