Provide excellent customer service and help keep daily store operations running smoothly.
The role involves handling transactions, answering customer questions, and working as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide courteous, helpful service.
- Process cash, card, and other payments accurately.
- Operate the register and balance the cash drawer according to store procedures.
- Answer questions about products, prices, and promotions.
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized.
- Assist with stocking, merchandising, and other store tasks as needed.
- Follow company policies for safety, security, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
- Comfortable handling payments and using a point-of-sale system.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is QAR 1,200 per month.
- Accommodation and transportation are provided.
