Main Responsibilities

• **Accurately take customer orders and process payments using the POS system**
• **Ensure all transactions (cash, card, digital payments) are handled efficiently and correctly**
• **Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers while representing Calo’s culture and values**
• **Be attentive to customer needs, preferences, and inquiries**
• **Upsell menu items and promote current offers or combos when relevant**
• **Coordinate with the kitchen and operations teams to ensure timely order preparation and readiness**
• **Monitor order flow and prioritize dispatching based on delivery timelines and service standards**
• **Verify order accuracy, packaging, and labeling before handing over to drivers or customers**
• **Communicate clearly with delivery drivers/riders to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of orders**
• **Track and manage delivery statuses, highlighting delays or issues to the relevant teams**
• **Ensure proper handover of orders while maintaining food safety and quality standards**
• **Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary**
• **Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and front-of-house space**
• **Follow proper cash handling procedures, including opening and closing balances**
• **Comply with and enforce sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards**
• **Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers**

Qualifications

• **Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in QSR or F&B**
• **Experience in dispatching or order handling is a plus**
• **Currently present in KSA**
• **Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus)**
• **Basic numerical skills and familiarity with POS systems**
• Knowledge and competency
• **Strong understanding of customer service principles**
• **Ability to handle high-volume transactions with accuracy**
• **Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills**
• **Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment**
• **Basic understanding of order dispatching and delivery coordination**
• **Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail**
