Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized individual to join our team as an Immigration Case Processing Officer. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and processing visa applications while ensuring full compliance with immigration laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end processing of immigration cases, including work permits and visit visa applications for Europe (Schengen & non schengen countries), New Zealand, and Canada.
• Review, verify, and organize client documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Guide clients through the entire application process, including documentation requirements, form completion, and embassy/consulate appointments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all case activities, communications, and decisions using internal systems.
• Coordinate with clients, embassies, and external partners to ensure smooth and timely processing of applications.
• Monitor application progress and proactively follow up on pending cases to meet deadlines and service standards.
• Prepare reports and analyze case data to identify trends and improve processing efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to immigration policies, legal guidelines, and company procedures.
• Provide timely updates and professional support to clients, addressing queries and concerns effectively.

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in immigration/visa processing
• Basic knowledge of visa procedures and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
