Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor cases from initial processing through completion.
- Prepare, organize, and verify case documents for processing and submission.
- Coordinate embassy appointments and prepare clients for them.
- Track active files, follow up on pending documents and appointments, and meet processing timelines.
- Communicate with clients by phone, WhatsApp, and email; hold meetings and provide case updates.
- Resolve client concerns, service issues, and escalations, including refund-policy queries in coordination with relevant departments.
- Maintain records of client interactions and case updates, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Identify delays, missing documents, and potential issues, and take appropriate action.
- Handle client documents and information accurately and confidentially.
Requirements and competencies
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience.
- Strong case management, coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills; professional and customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of document processing and embassy appointment procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, solve problems, handle escalations, and work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp, email, and MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail and confidential handling of client information.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,500–5,500 per month.
