Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead construction crews on-site.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily work activities.
• Ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with building codes.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Monitor labor productivity and equipment usage.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to workers.
• Maintain daily progress reports, timesheets, and site documentation.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Manage material deliveries and inventory to prevent project delays.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members.
• Report project progress, delays, and safety concerns to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a supervisory construction role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and documentation.
• Valid driver's license (if required).
• Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
