Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mason to join our construction team.
The Mason will be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining structures made of brick, concrete blocks, stone, and other masonry materials.
The ideal candidate has experience in residential and commercial construction projects and can work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lay bricks, concrete blocks, stone, and other masonry materials according to project specifications.
- Construct and repair walls, foundations, walkways, patios, and other structures.
- Mix mortar, cement, and grout to required specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
- Measure and cut materials accurately.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and finishing of masonry work.
- Repair damaged masonry structures and surfaces.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Follow all company safety procedures and construction regulations.
- Collaborate with supervisors, contractors, and other construction workers to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Mason, Bricklayer, or similar construction role.
- Knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Relevant certifications or trade training are a plus.
- Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
