Leads outsourced sales teams across the UAE for HSBC's International Wealth and Premier Banking business.
The role focuses on commercial growth, team leadership, and third-party risk oversight.
Responsibilities
- Set performance expectations for outsourced sales teams and provide coaching and field support.
- Drive customer acquisition for accounts, credit cards, and personal lending through approved channels.
- Manage third-party service levels, staffing, invoices, documentation, and issue escalation.
- Ensure compliance with approved sales journeys, regulatory requirements, and customer-contact methods.
- Build corporate partnerships and expand channels through activations, kiosks, events, and new sales locations.
- Monitor quality, handle complaints, and maintain consistent customer service standards.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of International Wealth and Premier Banking products, propositions, and services.
- Proven multiproduct sales expertise, particularly with high-net-worth customers and financial products.
- People-management capability, including leading, motivating, coaching, and developing sales teams.
- Networking and business-development skills to build corporate relationships and achieve acquisition targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Risk and customer-service awareness, problem-solving ability, and commitment to compliance, fair dealing, and quality outcomes.
- A graduation degree is stated as essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit.
