Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the full customer journey from lead assignment to deal closure.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Present suitable vehicle options and explain inspection results and financing solutions.
- Follow up with customers and handle objections throughout the sales process.
- Encourage qualified customers to proceed with vehicle inspections and purchase completion.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and convert KPIs.
- Coordinate with Operations, Inspection, Financing, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth deal completion.
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong command of the Saudi Accent (mandatory requirement)
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, Customer Service, Operations.
- Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong skills in negotiation and relationship-building.
- We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
