Salary + OTE up to AED 60,000/MONTH - TAX FREE

GTA Cars is one of Dubai's most established premium used car dealerships, and we're looking for a driven Sales & Consignment Executive to join our team.

If you've built a career in automotive sales back home and want to take it somewhere with real earning potential and zero income tax, this is worth reading.

What You Need to Have

  • Hands-on experience in automotive sales — UAE experience preferred, but strong UK/European/Australian dealership backgrounds are seriously considered
  • Solid knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and the premium/performance segment
  • Confidence in outbound communication and vehicle procurement
  • Valid UAE driving licence

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering a consultative, process-driven sales experience from first enquiry to handover
  • Matching customers with the right vehicle and finance solution based on genuine needs
  • Driving pipeline through showroom walk-ins, inbound leads, prospecting, and follow-ups
  • Sourcing vehicles from the market and bringing them into GTA stock on consignment (SOR)
  • Hitting and exceeding monthly targets across unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-ons
  • Keeping clean, accurate CRM records throughout every deal
