Responsibilities
- **Customer Relations & Bookings:** Handling inquiries, managing reservations, and processing rental agreements. This includes verifying driver licenses (international and local) and ensuring all insurance documentation is explained and signed.
- **Fleet Coordination:** Monitoring the availability of vehicles and scheduling routine maintenance, oil changes, or RTA inspections to ensure the fleet remains roadworthy and compliant.
- **Vehicle Inspections:** Conducting thorough "check-in/check-out" inspections. This involves documenting the car’s condition, fuel levels, and cleanliness before and after each rental to manage damage claims.
- **Revenue Management:** Processing payments, security deposits, and managing administrative tasks related to traffic fines (Salik/Darri toll gates) or parking violations incurred by renters.
- **Sales & Upselling:** Recommending insurance upgrades, GPS units, or long-term rental packages to maximize branch revenue.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
