Position Details

• **Position:** Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Front Desk
• **Openings:** 2 Positions
• **Job Type:** Full-Time
• **Work Environment:** 7 days a week operation
• **Shifts:** Flexible / Rotational (Weekdays & Weekends)
• **Work Location:** In-person (Must be staying in Dubai)
• **Salary:** AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month
• Upselling Incentives

• **Work Visa:** Provided for selected candidates
• **Remote Work:** Not Available

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete rental counter operations
• Answer phone calls and manage reservations
• Open and close rental agreements
• Perform vehicle inspections and exchanges
• Conduct pick-up and drop-off of customers when required
• Manage fleet-related duties and daily rental office operations
• Upsell products and protection packages at counter level
• Input data accurately into rental software systems
• Address and resolve customer issues professionally
• Recommend vehicle maintenance and fueling when required

Skills & Attributes

• Proven **Car Rental Front Desk experience (Mandatory)**
• Strong background in counter upselling
• Familiarity with RTA TARS portal and UAE RTA regulations is an asset
• Airport car rental experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
• Honest, trustworthy, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Team player with high reliability

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum **5 years customer service experience (Required)**
• Valid UAE Driving License with clean driving record (Required)
• Minimum age: 21 years (Insurance requirement)
• Must be legally allowed to work full-time in UAE
• Willing to work flexible rotational shifts
• Bilingual (Arabic/English) is a strong advantage
