Overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate parking facility operations.
• Oversee collection, reconciliation, and depositing of parking revenues.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate car park staff.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and operational issues.
• Prepare operational and revenue reports.
• Coordinate staff schedules and shift coverage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in parking operations, facilities supervision, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Basic administrative and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling and revenue reconciliation.
• Knowledge of parking management systems and equipment.
• Valid UAE driver’s license preferred.
