Hiring: Car Park Operators (Female Only)
We are looking for Car Park Operators (Female candidates only) to join our team in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor vehicle entry & exit, ensure ticketing system usage
- Guide customers for parking availability and rules
- Operate ticketing and payment systems
- Handle cash & electronic payments accurately
- Assist customers with queries (rates, lost tickets, vehicles)
- Enforce parking rules and issue warnings/fines if required
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of parking area
- Inspect parking equipment (gates, lights, systems)
- Handle customer complaints and escalate when needed
- Support traffic control during peak hours/events
- Record daily transactions, incidents & occupancy reports
- Coordinate with security for safety compliance
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Must be currently inside Qatar
- Valid QID with transferable visa required
- Ability to handle customer service & operations
- Basic communication skills
