Lead restaurant service and waiter/waitress team operations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage table assignments, and provide professional Arabic- and English-language service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, specials, and allergens.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams; handle guest requests and resolve complaints.
- Maintain service, cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards; train junior waiters when required.
- Manage multiple tables during busy periods and assist with setup, buffet/service preparation, billing, and closing.
- Follow restaurant SOPs, food-safety requirements, and company standards.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience as a Captain Waiter or Senior Waiter.
- Hotel, fine-dining, or restaurant/F&B experience is preferred.
- Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.
- Strong leadership and customer-service skills.
- Food Safety or Food Handler certificate is an advantage.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 3,000–3,500 per month.
