Job Title: A320 Captain – International Flag Carrier

Total Earnings Potential: Approximately $181,500+ (USD) per annum (based on average flying hours).

As a Commander on the A320 fleet, you will take full responsibility for the safety, security, and operational efficiency of every flight.

You will lead a professional crew, championing environmental sustainability and on-time performance while delivering a world-class experience to passengers across a diverse international network.

Candidates must be current on the A320 and meet the following flight hour milestones:

Total Time: Minimum 5,500 hours.

Multi-Crew PIC: Minimum 2,500 hours (Glass Cockpit/FMS).

A320 Family PIC: Minimum 1,500 hours.

Currency: Must have flown the A320 within the last 12 months.

Licensing: Valid ICAO ATPL and Class 1 Medical.

Language: ELP Level 4 or higher.

Age: Must be under 59 at the time of joining.

Note: Current TRI/TRE qualifications are highly advantageous.
