This role is based in
Abu Dhabi
- , with
- full relocation support provided for pilots and their families from anywhere in the world
- , including:
- ✈️ Relocation assistance to Abu Dhabi (global relocation eligibility)
- 📦 Shipping / freight allowance for personal belongings
- 🏡 Housing allowance to support settling in the UAE
- 👨 👩 👧 Family relocation support, including travel assistance

- 💼 Role Overview
- As an
A320 First Officer
- , you will:
- Support the Captain in all phases of flight operations
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient aircraft operation
- Maintain continuous monitoring of navigation, weather, and aircraft systems
- Communicate effectively to support operational decision-making
- Assume command in the event of Captain incapacitation
- You will operate within one of the world’s most modern fleets across a global network spanning multiple continents.
- 🧭 Candidate Requirements
Criteria A
- 2,000+ total flight hours
- 1,500+ hours multi-crew, glass cockpit aircraft
- 500+ hours on A320 type
Criteria B
- 1,500+ total flight hours
- 1,000+ hours on A320 family aircraft
- 📌 General Requirements
- Valid or recent A320 type rating
- ICAO ATPL or frozen ATPL (CPL + theory completed)
- Valid Class 1 medical
- A320 flight experience within last 12 months
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher
- Under age 50 at time of joining
