Position Function: Operational and developmental function Partner

Job Purpose

Capability Building & Performance Management Specialist is responsible for improving the company employees' productivity.

This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive performance, training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable employees' training solutions.

This position actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement tools and methodologies to increase the productivity and the efficiency of company employees.
  • Design, develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate performance management strategy, policies, plans, and processes.
  • Design, develop and implement performance measurement tools and evaluation scales.
  • Execute performance management process at the employee level, review and consolidate appraisals.
  • Prepare reports on bonus calculation and execution based on approved management criteria for normalization.
  • Review and update Competencies
  • Evaluate employees' performance and create improvement plans with management.
  • Conduct annual learning and development needs analysis, develop the annual learning plan and calendar.
  • Using performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs per department, team, and individual.
  • Identifying and assessing future and current training needs and objectives.
  • Trains and coaches, managers, supervisors, and others involved in employee training, development efforts, and performance.
  • Network through industry contacts, association members, training vendors, and other training providers
  • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
  • Prepare probation review objectives of newly joined employees.
  • Track completion of Probationary Reviews and monitor any issues requiring follow-up measures.
  • Prepare and manage yearly training budget.
  • Design, develop and implement succession and career development initiatives and plan.
  • Support the ERP implementation on Human Capital Department.
  • Develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate company internship program strategy, policies, plans, and processes.
  • Network with colleges, universities, and higher education institutions for the internship program.
  • Manage and guides the Interns & Prepare interns report to colleges, universities, and higher education institutions

Job Requiremen

  • ts:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources or any relevant field
  • 3 years of relevant experience in similar position
  • Experience designing and implementing training and capability-building programs.
  • Experience managing performance appraisal cycles and performance improvement initiatves
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and data analysis required
