IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT!!!
We are looking for a responsible and experienced **Camp Supervisor** to manage daily camp operations and ensure proper accommodation standards for employees.
**WORKING HOURS**: 08 hours/day
**LOCATION**: Barwa, Doha, Qatar.
**PAY RANGE**: To be discussed
**LANGUAGE**: English (Required)
Additional Requirements: Ready to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day camp operations
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of accommodation facilities.
- Monitor housekeeping and maintenance activities.
- Handle accommodation-related staff concerns and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Maintain discipline and ensure company camp rules are followed.
- May be required to go outside the camp for work-related duties, including coordination, purchasing, inspections, or other operational requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Camp Supervisor or in a similar role
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage camp staff and daily operational requirements
